Schizophrenia does not exist it’s a spirit attack. Voices and visions are the major symptoms that cause the person to be scared because obviously hearing audible voices and seeing vision is not the norm for a human being.
“Migraines” or “headache” in hyper specific areas. They can rest primarily on the left or right hand side as a rule, not an exception.

Then the vast majority of the rest of the chapters go through Job’s psychological state of mind through the attack.
